FAQs

I can't see the images! What's wrong?

If you've followed the instructions on your chosen virtual tour, but still can't see the images, then please contact us.

How will I display the images on my website?
Integration into your website comes as part of our package. Once the images are uploaded, a few lines of code in your webpage or a simple link to a pop-up window can be configured to show the tour.

I'd like to send the images out on a CD. Is this possible?
Yes it is. Your virtual tours can be saved to CDs. To view the images a small viewer program needs to be installed by your customer, but this can be included on your CD with full, easy to follow instructions.

How do your virtual tours images differ from panoramic images?
You may have seen other virtual tour providers offering 'panoramic images'. The problem with panoramic images is you cannot look up above your head or down at your feet. Our images capture the whole 360 degrees - giving a much better 'feel' for the location, and great for showing off a beautifully ornate ceiling or a wooden floor.

Some virtual tours have a logo at the bottom, and some don't. Why is this?
When a virtual tour is created, two images are 'stitched' together. When this happens, the tripod is left at the bottom of the image. A simple way to get rid of the tripod is to cover it up with a logo. As part of our package we'll edit the image to remove the tripod so there's nothing to cover up, but if you like the idea of having your logo on each page, this can be arranged instead.
